Site Update
I have decided to move this blog from Blogger to Wordpress. Wordpress is a blogging platform that has many more features and will allow me to customize the blog more. Also, Wordpress is more reader friendly than Blogger, so hopefully it will provide a better experience for everyone.
I’m not sure when this transition will be completed. I am new to Wordpress and the change is proving to be more difficult than I expected. I will try to keep this site up as long as possible but there may be some downtime while this change to Wordpress occurs. Hopefully, the change should be seamless, so all of the web addresses should stay the same.
Also, I found this interesting article at Blogging Stocks called “Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? Just turn off the TV!.” The post discusses the amount of money that can be saved by watching less TV.

Hi Matt, you should definitely move to Wordpress platform. It’s very easy to use, more functions (Plugins) and you have more control of the overall site.
I was a Wordpress novice back then but after 2 years playing around with the codes, I’m quite familiar with it…..I’m sure you will fall in love with this beautifully written code!
Though you MUST bear one thing in mind: SPAM comments that will attack your blog driving you crazy!
I switched to Blogger temporarily due to some problems with the server which I host my wordpress blog, and while searching for some hacks, I came to your site. I’m also quite interested in stocks and investment business, so I’ll always come back and check out your other articles.
Good luck with the move!
Thanks for the message Cintia! I am already enjoying the additional features in Wordpress. Thanks for the tip about SPAM. I am using plug ins that will hopefully cut down on spam.
Hopefully, I will be done making modifications by tomorrow and will actually be able to start writing again!
Looking good. I just started a new blog as well (actually on a pretty similar topic) and I am loving Wordpress. I think you will really enjoy working with it.
Thanks for the comment Matthew. Good luck with your blog.
